Chocolate, marzipan, wafer mixes, ... the confectionery industry works with many different ingredients which are sometimes viscous and sometimes sticky, lumpy or shear-sensitive. Manufacturers must cope not only with this product diversity and variance, however, but also with growing pressure on costs caused by the internationalization of the market. This is compelling them to increase the level of automation of their production processes.

In our many years of close cooperation with the confectionery industry we have developed customized progressing cavity pumps for conveying even the most complex media, including heatable pump versions. Common to all our solutions are low-stress conveyance of the media, small quantities of residue, and high plant availability.
