Waste water treatment pumps:
WANGEN KL-S reliably runs with
changing liquid special waste

WANGEN pumps in use at Otto & Leitel GmbH, a waste disposal company based in Neuenhagen in Germany.

Of all the WANGEN pumps in use since 2002, the WANGEN KL50S 90.0 has proved itself to be particularly efficient at the waste disposal company Otto & Leitel GmbH near Berlin in Germany. The mobile self-priming pump is used in the chemical-physical treatment plant for the transport of the most diverse liquid to seriously sludge-like media, among other things for oil-water mixtures, emulsion mixtures, suspensions and thin sludge.

The waste disposal company is totally convinced by the service life of the individual components and the ease of maintenance of the system. "Outstanding!" was long-standing Production Manager Joachim Donat's word for the pump. The WANGEN pump is operated as a transportable, mobile pump for forward and reverse operation outdoors, and runs reliably in all weathers and with the above types of special waste. An additional KL50S 90.0 also runs reliably in the company's pump room.
Otto & Leitel GmbH operates one of Germany´s largest waste disposal plants for liquid special waste in Berlin/Brandenburg with an annual capacity of 33,000 tonnes. The waste delivered to the company for disposal primarily consists of the aforementioned separator materials.

The WANGEN progressing cavity pump type KL-S with its bearing pedestal is part of the pump manufacturer's basic product group, is versatile to use, thanks to its modular design, and has proved itself in the most diverse applications. It is ideal for pumping all self-flowing, low- to high-viscosity liquids, as well as liquids containing solids. The key benefit of the pump concept lies in its low lifecycle costs and long service life.
