Liquid manure systems

The ideal pump depends on the customer's concrete requirements. WANGEN pumps can be driven from a power take-off (PTO) or by electric, hydraulic or Diesel motor. They are designed to order for stationary use or for mobile deployment on 2-wheel trolleys. Mounting directly on the liquid manure truck is possible in addition to three-point hitching.

Typ-A
Type A

The WANGEN progressing cavity pump Type A has swivel pushers inside the suction chamber that switch the pump from suction to pump mode. The pump is not sensitive to foreign objects and the deposition of foreign objects in the suction housing is not possible. In addition, hollow rotors ensure quiet operation.

Type WANGEN BIO-MIX

WANGEN BIO-MIX pumps have been integrated for many years in the energy production process and undergone continuous further development and optimization. They are suitable for conveying maize silage, grass silage, GPS, solid manure, poultry dung, waste and co-ferments, which are mixed with liquid in the pump. Also available with WANGEN PUMPEN's developed and patented X-LIFT quick change system.

X-UNIT
Type X-UNIT

The modular system for reliable protection of plant equipment:
X-TRACT (debris removal) + X-CUT (substrate cutting) = X-UNIT

The WANGEN X-UNIT consists of the two modules X-TRACT and X-CUT. Both components are available separately and are optimally co-ordinated with each other as an X-UNIT.

Increased process safety through removal of system-harmful foreign bodies and debris with the aid of the foreign body separator X-TRACT and the cutting unit X-CUT. Optimum adaptation of the cutting unit to the medium easily possible.

GL-F
Type GL-F

The integrated winding protection mechanism of the WANGEN PTO shaft pump GL-F prevents fibers from winding around the joint and joint connections. The large inspection and cleaning openings on the suction housing allow an easy pump access.

The pump drive is provided by a power take-off or a drive shaft with a feather key. A robust pump solution for agricutural enineering.

GL-S
Type GL-S

The WANGEN progressing cavity pump of type GL-S is particularly well suited to umbilical hose systems. Large distances and height differences are mastered easily. It may be used as a stationary pump or mobile pump, attached to a slurry tanker or chassis. The comprehensive range of pumps available make them a product for universal use.

They carry watery or thick media, as well as media loaded with solids just as well.

Liquid feed systems

Together with a feed computer, WANGEN pumps with their constant and uniform pumping performance ensure that all animals in a stall receive exactly the right quantity of mixed feed pulp regardless of how far away their troughs are. A long service life is guaranteed in this case by the use of wear-free stators and rotors along with optimized sealing systems. The pumps for liquid feed are also available in rust-proof versions made of high-grade steel.
