WANGEN KL65S progressive cavity pumps convince in an impressive biogas project in Harbin, Heilongjiang China

The impressive biogas plant with an overall scale of 4MW is located in Harbin City (Heilongjiang province, China). The project realizes combined heat and power generation through biogas by adopting anaerobic fermentation process to produce biogas from crop straw. With a total of eight fermenters the plant is producing 16 million m³ of biogas per year and handles 90,000 - 100,000 tons of agricultural and forestry biomass straw annually. Furthermore the residues are used to produce 40,000 to 45,000 tons of efficient organic fertilizer per year.
