There´s no net zero without Biogas
WANGEN´s distributor DPS reported on successful use of BIO-MIX Substrate Pumps at the Northern Ireland ADBA Conference.
At the ADBA Northern Ireland Conference on 7th September, Jon Shepherd (Key Account Manager, DPS) and John Booth (Regional Sales Manager, WANGEN PUMPEN) reported successfully on the high-performance and robust WANGEN BIO-MIX progressive cavity pumps, which are used in leading Northern Ireland and UK Anaerobic Digestion Plants. 90 participants listened to the presentation on the successfully installed pumps and numerous technical advantages of the robust pumps. "The interest was great and we are now looking forward to detailed discussions with more biogas plant operators and plant builders," says John Booth.
WANGEN BIO-MIX pumps have been integrated for many years in the energy production process and undergone continuous further development and optimization. They are suitable for conveying grass silage, solid manure, poultry dung and food-waste etc. The BIO-MIX pump is available with WANGEN PUMPEN's developed and patented X-LIFT quick-change-system.
The new WANGEN X-UNIT was also presented. This modular system removes foreign debris in the feed substrate and also reduces substrate particle size. Low wear costs and low energy consumption optimise the efficiency of Biogas systems.
All WANGEN products offer have reliable quality and low maintenance. DPS (Drilling and Pumping Supplies Ltd.) and WANGEN PUMPEN are working successfully together in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
