Immersion pumps
Thanks to the vertical construction form, the WANGEN KL-T / KB-T has only a small space requirement. The consistent diameter of the joint connections ensures constant flow speeds and reduces the sensitivity to foreign materials. The low-pulsation continuous conveying of media is independent of the pressure and viscosity.
Sanitary progressing cavity pumps
Highlight of the sanitary progressing cavity pump WANGEN HYLINE: The flexible and maintenance-free joint is coated with elastomer. A constant shaft diameter construction design prevents sedimentation of the media to be pumped.
The intelligent design of this sanitary pump requires no additional seals in the product chamber. Pump disassembly is easily carried out by removing all pump component connections outside the product chamber.
The WANGEN progressing cavity pump type KB-SL Hygienic is a further development of the pump construction series for the food industry. In this area, where there is contact with the product, the stainless steel of the sanitary version, after grinding and electropolishing, has a surface roughness of RA < 0.8 μm. Further quality characteristics are the gentle way the product is pumped, the dead-space and low stagnation space design, the high availablility as well as the low maintenance requirement.
The KB-SL is available optionally with one or two tangentially inclined cleaning connections.
The sanitary pumps of the KL-SL serie convince through their easy cleaning and minimal deadspace construction. They can run heat- or coolable. Sanitary highlights are for example CIP (Cleaning in Place) as well as low pulsation and continuous conveying, independent of pressure and viscosity.
The WANGEN MX-F is a sanitary progressing cavity pump for emtying drums and vessels that contains high viscous mediums. The pump is therefore mounted on a plate. Both, pump and plate, is then pressed into the medium. The so displaced material feeds the pump through a hole in the plate.
This ensures the permanent feeding of the pump, even after changing the medium.
For demanding sanitary conveying and dosing of aqueous to highly viscous media in the food & beverage-, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. Low-impact delivery of products containing solids. CIP and SIP cleaning is possible, the pump is available as a mobile or stationary unit.
The sanitary WANGEN MX-T serie: Suitable for aqueous to highly viscous media.
- Cassette design with minimal dead space
- Short assembly length
- Uniform metering with low pulsation
- Quick and easy to clean
Hopper feed pumps
WANGEN BIO-MIX pumps have been integrated for many years in the energy production process and undergone continuous further development and optimization. They are suitable for conveying maize silage, grass silage, GPS, solid manure, poultry dung, waste and co-ferments, which are mixed with liquid in the pump. Also available with WANGEN PUMPEN's developed and patented X-LIFT quick change system.
The WANGEN progressing cavity pump of type KL-R and the specially designed hopper housing and modular sealing system enable the gentle conveyance of mediums without influencing the structure or quality of such. The low dead space version of the KL-RL series is ideal for use in the food industry and particularly easy to clean.
Pumps of the KL-R Triplex series impress with their consistent dosing option, as an intermittent input is compensated by the buffer volume in the collecting container. The small space requirement and large receiving vessel are a result of the low construction and the large volume of the container. No bridge building of the media possible.
WANGEN pumps of the type KL-RQ have a transverse feed device for integrated bridge building and a collecting vessel for continuous feeding. They were designed for conveying dewatered sludge with a high content of dry matter (TS) ranging from 15% to 45%.
Pumps of the KL-RS series are hopper silo pumps for conveying and dosing dewatered sewage sludge with a high-solids content (DS) of 15% to 45%. These features make silo discharge pumps of the type KL-RS an indispensable core aggregate in modern sewage treatment plants.
Pumps of the KL-RÜ series are built according to our proven modular principle. This allows high
flexibility, low spare parts inventory, and minimum downtimes for repairs. Other features include: sophisticated and robust cardan joints with screw conveyors, fibers do not get wrapped around the joint and the joint connectors thanks to the effective
protection device.
Sanitary hopper feed pumps
The sanitary WANGEN hopper feed pumps of the series KL-RF have an inspection cover, a maintenance-free mechanical seal, which is independent of the rotation direction, and the dis-charge nozzle has a self-emptying design. The KL-RF is available with different rotor/stator geometric forms (S-, L- and H shapes).
The sanitary hopper feed pumps of the series KL-RL allow almost pulsation-free pumping of mediums. Depending on the medium to be pumped, the pump can be operated with heating or cooling options, and a variation using an attachable hopper is also possible.
The trough shape of the sanitary WANGEN MX-R pump prevents deposits from forming on the hopper walls, overfeeding in the pump tunnel ensures efficient conveying.
Suction pumps
The WANGEN progressing cavity pump Type A has swivel pushers inside the suction chamber that switch the pump from suction to pump mode. The pump is not sensitive to foreign objects and the deposition of foreign objects in the suction housing is not possible. In addition, hollow rotors ensure quiet operation.
With a specially-developed milling screw, you can mix the solids that are to be added with the separately added liquid and convey it into the desired containers.
With our innovative X-LIFT quick-change system, the wearing parts are easy to replace. Only a few simple steps are needed, without this requiring disassembly of the pump from the piping system. Thereby, WANGEN BIO-FEED is also suitable for use in restricted spaces.
Due to the pushing of the screw connection, WANGEN BIO-FEED turns into a high-performance
suction pump. You can use it as a central pump in your biogas plant.
To simplfy integration into your conveyor, our WANGEN BIO-FEED's pump body is equipped with two DN150 connections bearing bracket side, one DN400 connection for the screw conveyor and two DN200 at stator side. In addition, you can use these as cleaning openings and for rinsing the mixing chamber.
The integrated winding protection mechanism of the WANGEN PTO shaft pump GL-F prevents fibers from winding around the joint and joint connections. The large inspection and cleaning openings on the suction housing allow an easy pump access.
The pump drive is provided by a power take-off or a drive shaft with a feather key.
A robust pump solution for agricutural enineering.
The WANGEN progressing cavity pump of type GL-S is particularly well suited to umbilical hose systems. Large distances and height differences are mastered easily. It may be used as a stationary pump or mobile pump, attached to a slurry tanker or chassis. The comprehensive range of pumps available make them a product for universal use.
They carry watery or thick media, as well as media loaded with solids just as well.
The WANGEN progressing cavity pumps of the KB-S serie are, in contrast to the KL-S serie, equipped with a block housing. There, the drive is coupled directly to the pump housing, which is ideal for normal pump operation or for small conveyed volumes. The pump conveys viscous and abrasive mediums.
The WANGEN progressing cavity pump KB-S GG is one of the basic products of WANGEN PUMPEN. One of the benefits of this pump is clearly the fewer parts within the individual assemblies. The KB-S GG is of cast iron and has a block housing (the drive is coupled directly to the pump housing).
The pump is available in the size 22 with cast iron housing. It is equipped with long-lasting, wear- and maintenance-free flexible joint without oil filling (prevents contamination of the media).
The progressing cavity pump serie WANGEN KL-S are basic products of Pumpenfabrik Wangen. The clear benefit is in the low lifecycle costs. This universally usable pump works with almost every low and extrem high viscous mediums (1 mPas -3.000.000 mPas). A highly reliable pump.
The changing of wear parts with very few actions, without removing the pump from the pipeline system thanks to Service in Place.
The WANGEN Xpress pump range has been specially developed for easy maintenance and to considerably shorten the servicing time and thus reduce costs. Reliable pumping of media, along with fast rotor/stator changes are ensured by our patented X-LIFT quick change system developed by WANGEN PUMPEN. The X-LIFT flange is constructed on standard flange design principles.
Available in the sizes 48, 64, 78 and 94.
